Important information regarding the wearing of PPE during Covid-19
Attention all staff, please read below memo regarding the wearing of masks in the RCH effective of 27/08/2020.
Also attached are further associated documents around the application and removal of masks, tips on wearing a mask and how you can reduce the impact of wearing a mask on residents.

SA Health - Working in only 1 Facility
Dear staff members, SA Health have confirmed that from the 27/8/20 all Personal Care Workers (PCW’s) can only work for ONE Aged Care Facility (ACF).
If this does apply to yourself, you are required to complete the below declaration and return to the payroll team by no later than 21st August 2020.
This information is only collected in response to the SA Emergency Management Direction No 7.
It is a mandatory legal requirement that all employees advise LHI of all other places you work or volunteer, not just Residential Aged Care.
If you have not responded by 21/8/20, you will not be permitted to work at LHI beyond 27/8/20.
LHI is a not-for-profit organisation and is approved by the Australian Taxation Office to provide Salary Packaging to all Staff.
As a result, all Staff are able to Salary Package up to $18,400 each year.
1. Salary Packaging Benefit $15,900
2. Meal Entertainment Benefit $2,500
This means $18,400 of your annual wage can be earnt TAX FREE.
