 LHI Retirement Services is one of South Australia’s leading Christian Aged Care Providers.

Due to new developments, we are pleased to invite applications for the above position.

We are seeking an experienced and an enthusiastic person to join our maintenance team, operating in both Independent Living Units and Residential Care Facilities. The ideal candidate must be reliable, hard working, a good team player, good communicator, open to learning, and have a positive can do attitude.

The primary role involves the maintaining of buildings and equipment within the Residential Care Facility and Retirement Village.

Following are the essential requirements for these positions:

  • Skills, knowledge and proven hands on experience in all aspects of building maintenance.
  • A current S.A. driver’s licence
  • Basic computing skills
  • Well developed communication skills both verbal & written
  • Good Problem solving skills.
  • The ability to work at heights up to 6 metres
  • A sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety in undertaking all work processes.

 As a member of the maintenance team you will be working to achieve Service Excellence for our clients and be able to demonstrate empathy with the needs of older people and our Christian ethos.

 This position provides a varied and interesting range of work within a friendly team environment, with maximum salary packaging arrangements available.
